Walking down memory lane
So it's only been lately that I've had the opportunity to draw again.
I said that last time (last year) but at this point who knows.
It's actually kinda funny to walk back and see the drawings back in the day.
I'm honestly definitely not as good as I thought I was.
It's almost cringy in a way.
Why would I bother with watermarking stuff that wasn't even half baked.
But what do you do, we were young and shit.
It's almost exhilarating to rediscover the simply joy of sitting down with a pend and paper and making lines again.
In reality, a few people I know have started picking up their pens (and tablets) again, or for the first time and
I've missed this place...
It's been a while.
No really it has.
Maybe a year. Maybe two.
I've long since forgotten.
Anyhow, I'm clearing through messages and killing all reply threads. I think the reason I left was because as much as I love you guys, it seemed like it was more of a chore more than anything else. And once you have so many people to reply to it goes on and on and on and you get the idea. Don't get me wrong, talking is nice. It's just sometimes you talk so much you can no longer breathe.
So I'm going to relax. Fix things. Take it easy.
God knows how long it has been since I held a pencil. Life is rough, twirly and busy.
